The Polifonico takes part in the mass in memory of the three officers killed on the 26th anniversary
On Monday 23 December 2024 at 5:00 pm, the Ruda Polyphonic Choir, in the Church of the Beata Vergine del Carmine in via Aquileia in Udine, will accompany the religious celebration dedicated to the memory of the chief superintendent Adriano Ruttar, the deputy superintendent Giuseppe Guido Zanier and the chief assistant Paolo Cragnolino, who died following the explosion that occurred in viale Ungheria on 23 December 1998.
The mass will be celebrated by the Archbishop of Udine Mons. Riccardo Lamba together with the chaplain of the State Police, Don Angelo Favretto and the parish priest of the church Don Giancarlo Brianti and will see the participation of the family members as well as the presence of the highest institutional officials.
Directed by Fabiana Noro, and accompanied on the organ by Maestro Manuel Tomadin, the Polifonico will sing pieces by Chesnokov, Gjelio, Biebl, Rheinberger, De Marzi and Zardini. The celebration will be open to the public, within the limits of the church's grounds.
